Privacy Policy

Coaches Corner ("the app") helps sports coaches track game statistics, manage rosters and schedules, and communicate with their teams. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and how you can remove it. Coaches Corner is operated by Joshua Darbrow.

Information we collect

• Email address — used to create your account, verify it with a one-time code, and send team invitations. Provided by you at registration.
• Name — shown to other members of your teams. Provided by you at registration or in your profile.
• User content — chat messages, teams, players, games, statistics, events, and other records you create in the app. Visible only to members of your teams.
• Device push token — if you allow notifications, a device identifier is stored so reminders and new-message alerts can be delivered to your device.

We do not collect device location. Event addresses are typed by you and converted to map coordinates on our server; the app never reads GPS. We do not include analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share your data with data brokers or advertisers.

Service providers

• Convex — application hosting and database (United States).
• Resend — transactional email such as verification codes and invitations.
• Expo push service — delivery of push notifications.
• Komoot Photon — address search; receives only the search text you type.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from in-app Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your profile, sign-in credentials, sessions, team memberships, and notification devices immediately. Shared team records, including messages, rosters, games, statistics, and events, remain for team history until a coach or administrator removes them; there is no fixed retention period for these shared records.

You can also request account deletion or removal of specific data while keeping your account by emailing us from your account email address. Identify the records you want removed. We may verify ownership before processing your request. See the deletion instructions on our support page.
